When you fill out our inquiry form, we collect:

  • The type of event, the date you have in mind, and the number of guests
  • Any details you choose to write in the message field

We only ask for what we need to answer your request. Please do not send us health information, payment card numbers, or other sensitive details through the form.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider and our measurement tools may record:

  • Your IP address
  • Your browser type, language, and device type
  • The pages you visit and how long you stay
  • The site or ad that sent you to us

Our site links to our profiles on [Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, other]. If you click through, follow us, comment, or send us a message, that activity happens on those platforms and is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We can see the public profile information and messages those platforms show us.

  • We do not take payments on this site.
  • We do not run our reservation system on this site. Reservations are handled by Libro Serve, which is a separate service. When the purpose is fulfilled, and no law requires us to keep the information, we destroy it or anonymize it.

We use reasonable security measures for a business of our size, including access limits so only staff who need the information can see it, password protection, secure connections (HTTPS), and agreements with our providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take our responsibility seriously.

If a confidentiality incident happens and it creates a risk of serious injury to you, we will notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec as the law requires, and we will take steps to reduce the harm.

Under Quebec law, you have the right to:

  • Correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous
  • Withdraw your consent to a use we described here
  • Ask us to stop sharing your information, or to remove a link to it, where the law allows

  • Be informed if a decision about you is made only by automated means, and to present your point of view

Our site is meant for adults. If you are under 19, a parent or guardian must give consent before you send us personal information. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 19 without that consent, we will delete it.
