Private event and group inquiry form

When you fill out our inquiry form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• The type of event, the date you have in mind, and the number of guests
• Any details you choose to write in the message field

We only ask for what we need to answer your request. Please do not send us health information, payment card numbers, or other sensitive details through the form.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, our hosting provider and our measurement tools may record:

• Your IP address
• Your browser type, language, and device type
• The pages you visit and how long you stay
• The site or ad that sent you to us

Social media

Our site links to our profiles on [Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, other]. If you click through, follow us, comment, or send us a message, that activity happens on those platforms and is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. We can see the public profile information and messages those platforms show us.

What we do not collect on this site

• We do not take payments on this site.
• We do not run our reservation system on this site. Reservations are handled by Libro Serve, which is a separate service. When you click the reservation link, you leave our site, and the information you enter is collected by that provider under its own privacy policy: https://booking.libroreserve.com/237eb8ed8a99f7a/QC015985531067/seat.

7. Information kept or handled outside Quebec

Some of our providers store or handle information outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before sending personal information outside Quebec, we assess whether it will receive adequate protection, taking into account the sensitivity of the information, how it will be used, the protection measures in place, and the legal framework of the destination. Where needed, we put a written agreement in place with the provider.

We use reasonable security measures for a business of our size, including access limits so only staff who need the information can see it, password protection, secure connections (HTTPS), and agreements with our providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take our responsibility seriously.

If a confidentiality incident happens and it creates a risk of serious injury to you, we will notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec as the law requires, and we will take steps to reduce the harm.

10. Your rights

Under Quebec law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous
• Withdraw your consent to a use we described here
• Ask us to stop sharing your information, or to remove a link to it, where the law allows
• Receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format, or ask us to send it to another organization
• Be informed if a decision about you is made only by automated means, and to present your point of view

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec at cai.gouv.qc.ca.

11. Marketing messages

If you agree to receive our news and offers, every message will include a way to unsubscribe. We follow Canada’s anti-spam legislation. You can also write to tonallirestaurant.info@gmail.com at any time to be removed.

12. Children

Our site is meant for adults. If you are under 19, a parent or guardian must give consent before you send us personal information. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 19 without that consent, we will delete it.
